Due to the nature of repairs, By signing below you acknowledge that Sahara jewelry will maintain responsibility for any items shipped to Sahara Jewelry. Once a technician has reviewed the contents of the box, and it matches the description of the paper, We will contact the customer with an itemized invoice and a link to pay the invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly itemize and/or describe the items in the box they are shipping.

There is a 1 to 3 month warranty on all full repairs depending on brand and model (not covering liquid damage cleanup, impact damage, misuse, etc.)

I HAVE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGED THE PRIOR TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Once you receive a response please follow instructions on the response to send out your jewelry. Repairs will take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days depending on the repair.

Notes

All prices are FINAL no discounts can be applied to repairs. All repairs come with complimentary cleaning and polish of each article.
We do not repair gold plated, bronze, brass and costume jewelry. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once payment is made you will be provided with tracking information in at least two business days
The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance to Sahara Jewelry. Any lost claims will be filed to the shipping company, not Sahara Jewelry.
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE INCORRECTLY DETAILED WILL NOT BE REPAIRED ON UNTIL AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ACCEPTING DESCRIPTION BY SAHARA JEWELRY WILL BE MADE.
